Delivery methods?

How long will delivery take?
  • Delivery can be made in Cyprus, within 1-2 working days.
  • Delivery can be made in WorldWide, within 7-15 working days
  • In exceptional cases and after you have been informed, the time of delivery can be extended.
What exactly happens after ordering?
  • Once you have checked out your order, you should receive an confirmation email with your order.
  • We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days. Once we have dispatched your order, you will receive an e-mail with your tracking number.
Can I send order as a gift including a message?
  • You certainly can! During checkout you are required to provide a billing address. If the shipping address is different, just tick the box stating  "Ship to a different address?" and you can enter the shipping address.
  • Write your message the gift note (message) in the note box on the checkout page. If you miss this step, just contact our customer service team and we can add a message in for you, as long as you get in touch before the order is despatched.
  • And don’t worry if you’re sending your order as a gift – we don’t include paper invoices unless specifically requested.

What is wishlist?

A wishlist allows you to create personalized collections of products they want to buy and save them in your account for future reference. Wishlists signify your interest in a product without an immediate intent to purchase.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

Our shipments go through rigorous quality check processes before they leave our warehouse, however, there is a slight possibility that the product could get damaged during shipment. We urge you do not accept seal open/ Tampered/Leaked/Damaged shipment box as returns won't be accepted in such cases. However, if you have received an item in a damaged/defective condition or have been sent a wrong product, you can follow a few simple steps to initiate your return/refund.

  • Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team via phone (+357 7008 7010) or email ([email protected]) within 7 business days of receiving the order.
  • Step 2: Provide us with your order ID details and your request to return/replace/refund the defective/wrong items in your order.
  • Step 3: In this case, we will be responsible to pick up this item from you. In case of a wrong product, we will initiate the refund or replacement process only if the products are received by us unused and in their original packaging with their seals, labels, and barcodes intact.

Note: If it is a case of replacement, it is subject to the availability of stock. In the case that a replacement may not be available, we will refund you the full amount. A refund for COD orders will be done only in the bank account via Transfer It cannot be done in any other mode of payments.

Can I change or cancel my order?

  • Modification your order. After the order submission no changes can be made online, Contact us.
Do you deduct VAT on orders being shipped outside the EU?
  • Yes. Orders delivered to countries outside the EU will not have VAT (UK tax) charged on the purchase. Please note that depending on your order and the country the parcel is heading to, you may be liable to pay local taxes and duties on receipt of your order. We can’t accept liability for these.
