This five-year-old English single malt whisky hails from the Spirit of Yorkshire Distillery, home of the superb Filey Bay range. Distilled in 2018, the whisky rested in a first-fill Moscatel cask until 2023, when a total of 330 bottles were independently released by Adelphi.

This 5 year old expression of Spirit of Yorkshire was selected by Adelphi as part of the 30th anniversary special releases. Matured entirely in an ex-Moscatel sherry cask and bottled at an approachable strength of 48% abv. Just 330 bottled produced.
