Mystes Rose Syrah is an elegant, off-dry wine. Vibrant cherry-pink color with aromas of raspberries, strawberries and pomegranate.
Destemming without a crusher, the grapes are transported to a fermantetor tank. By the method of cold maceration in a few hours the extraction of the juice takes place. The alcoholic fermentation is made at low temperature with the addition of a selected yeast. Stay in the tank for a few months creating a natural fining.
