The Demon’s Share 3 year rum is made from sugar cane moalasses and aged for 3 years in American oak barrels. Nicknamed ‘El Oro del Diablo’ or The Devils Gold, it has a golden amber hue.
It has a subtle aroma, with notes of candied orange and a hint of caramel, followed by the warm spice of cloves, tumeric and vanilla. The taste is smooth and balanced, with orange zest and marzipan, and of course, a bit of spice.
