Part of Torabhaig’s Legacy Series, Cnoc Na Moine was inspired by the Isle of Skye’s rugged coastline, which the distillery overlooks. A rich, fruity and spicy character is the result of maturation in bourbon, oloroso and Pedro Ximenez casks, which is followed by waves of savoury barbecue smoke.

A heavily peated single malt from Torabhaig on the Isle of Skye, aged in a host of bourbon and American oak oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks. The mash was peated to a bold 78.4PPM before distillation, with the final spirit weighing in at a satisfying 19.7PPM. This is the first official release from the distillery to be given the sherry cask treatment, and it brings a splendid balance of fruit and leathery spice to the robust smoke at its core.
