Adelphi Clynelish Distillery 12 Years Old Single Malt is a Highland single malt Scotch whisky.
This release was distilled in 2011 and matured for 12 years, bottled in 2023, bottled at 58.3%.
Nose: Vanilla oak, ripe fruit and inviting depth.
Palate: Layered depth, joined by honeyed sweetness, building in intensity.
Finish: Elegant and lingering, closing on gentle spice.
Pour it slowly, add a drop of water if you like, and give it time in the glass. Collector’s note: its single cask identity makes every bottle part of a finite run. A strong candidate for the cabinet as much as the glass.
