Ardbeg An Oa is an Islay single malt Scotch whisky. It comes from Ardbeg, a cult Islay name producing some of the peatiest yet most complex malts in Scotland. The palate delivers espresso, layered with tarry rope and a finish of intense peat smoke. Best savoured neat, though a single cube of ice softens it nicely. With roots going back to 1815, it carries real heritage in every bottle. With time and a drop of water, lime and pear beneath the smoke comes to the fore. Serve it in a proper nosing glass to catch every aroma. A bottle that earns a permanent place on the home bar.
