Chapter 7 Infinity Cask Journey 2022-2025 Monologue Series is a blended malt Scotch whisky.
This release was bottled at 48%, with an outturn of just 179 bottles, at natural colour.
Nose: Long finish, gentle spice and inviting depth.
Palate: Ripe fruit, joined by honeyed sweetness, building in intensity.
Finish: Elegant and lingering, closing on vanilla oak.
Pour it slowly, add a drop of water if you like, and give it time in the glass. Collector’s note: only 179 bottles exist. A strong candidate for the cabinet as much as the glass.
