Chivas Royal Salute 21 Years Old Diamond Jubilee is a blended Scotch whisky. It comes from Chivas Regal, the original luxury blended Scotch, built on smooth Speyside malts including Strathisla.

This release is bottled at 40%.

Nose: Vanilla, gentle herbs and inviting depth.
Palate: Ripe orchard fruit, joined by butterscotch, building in intensity.
Finish: Long and layered, closing on hazelnut.

Best enjoyed neat, with just a drop of water to unlock the full aroma. Collector’s note: whiskies of this age are only growing scarcer. A strong candidate for the cabinet as much as the glass.
