Commandaria Caravel is a ruby port. It comes from Lambouri, a historic Cypriot winery in Platres producing wine, brandy and Commandaria. Flavours of warm spice and chocolate lead to plum jam. Serve lightly chilled with cheese, chocolate desserts or good conversation. Time in the glass brings out ripe red and black fruit too. Equally at home at the dinner table and the drinks trolley.
