Cragganmore Distillers Edition 1984 is a Speyside single malt Scotch whisky. It comes from Cragganmore, the most complex of Speyside malts, prized by blenders for over a century.
This release is bottled at 40%.
Nose: Malt, autumn fruit and inviting depth.
Palate: Light smoke, joined by firm oak, building in intensity.
Finish: Elegant and lingering, closing on herbal complexity.
Best enjoyed neat, with just a drop of water to unlock the full aroma. Collector’s note: a bottling with clear collector appeal. A strong candidate for the cabinet as much as the glass.
