Initially aged in American white oak barrels that have contained bourbon, it is then sublimated by a maturation in Graham’s Tawny Port pipes and Apostoles sherry casks. This process gives the whisky an unrivalled complexity and depth of flavour, all enhanced by a slight touch of peat.
