Nose: Dark toffee, oak spice and inviting depth.
Palate: Christmas cake, joined by walnut, building in intensity.
Finish: Elegant and lingering, closing on rich sherried fruit.
Pour it slowly, add a drop of water if you like, and give it time in the glass.
