The Havana Club Edición Profesional A Rum is the first rum from the Edición Profesional series by Havana Club. This white rum was created for the 200th anniversary of the “El Floridita” bar in Havana . For this, César Martí (Havana Club Master of Cuban Rum) and Alejandro Bolivar (Head Bartender of “El Floridita”) selected three rums , each aged for up to four years , and stored them in a large old barrel. The blend was then filtered. This creates a white rum that has the complexity of a dark rum. It is bottled at 40% ABV in a 700ml bottle.
