The Havana Club Edición Profesional B Rum is the second rum from the Ediición Profesional series by Havana Club. This dark rum was created by the random delivery of ex-Islay whisky barrels. Nick Strangeway (internationally renowned bartender) and Asbel Morales (Maestro Ronero at Havana Club) selected three rums , each of which had been aged for seven years . One of these was stored in the aforementioned ex-Islay whisky barrels. This creates a dark rum with notes of smoky whisky . The rum is bottled at 40% ABV in a 0.7 liter bottle.
