Highland Park 25 Years Old is a 25 year old island single malt Scotch whisky. It comes from Highland Park, Orkney’s legendary distillery, balancing aromatic heather-peat smoke with sherried sweetness in perfect harmony.

This release is bottled at 45.7%.

Nose: Dried fruit, heather honey and inviting depth.
Palate: Toasted oak, joined by citrus peel, building in intensity.
Finish: Long and layered, closing on winter spice.

Pour it slowly, add a drop of water if you like, and give it time in the glass. Collector’s note: whiskies of this age are only growing scarcer. A strong candidate for the cabinet as much as the glass.
