Highland Park Dragon Legend 70cl
Once again, Highland Park shows its rich and smoky side with the non-aged Dragon Legend bottling. The latter comes from the special, wood-free peat of Hobbister Moor, which is only seven miles from the distillery. Added to this are spicy, warm sherry aromas from its maturation in sherry casks made of American and European oak. The Highland Park Dragon Legend is intended to complement the distillery’s core range for the time being.

Nose: Roasted aromas and oak spice, accompanied by lemon zest and honey.
Palate: Warm peat smoke with a little chili, vanilla and freshly sawn wood.
Finish: Medium length with peppery spice and aromas of sandalwood.
