Johnnie Walker XR 21 Years Old is a 21 year old blended malt Scotch whisky. It comes from Johnnie Walker, the world’s best-selling Scotch whisky, whose striding man has led the way since 1820.

This release is bottled at 40%.

Nose: Golden honey, dried fruit and inviting depth.
Palate: Orchard fruit, joined by gentle smoke, building in intensity.
Finish: Long and layered, closing on warming spice.

Pour it slowly, add a drop of water if you like, and give it time in the glass. Collector’s note: whiskies of this age are only growing scarcer. A strong candidate for the cabinet as much as the glass.
