Macallan 18 Years Old Fine Oak is a Speyside single malt Scotch whisky. It comes from The Macallan, one of the world’s most prestigious single malt distilleries, famed for its exceptional oak casks and its “Six Pillars” of production.

This release is bottled at 43%.

Nose: Vanilla and toffee, rich sherried sweetness and inviting depth.
Palate: Dark chocolate, joined by ginger and cinnamon spice, building in intensity.
Finish: Long and layered, closing on orange zest.

Pour it slowly, add a drop of water if you like, and give it time in the glass. Collector’s note: a bottling with clear collector appeal. A strong candidate for the cabinet as much as the glass.
