Macallan Estate Reserve 70cl

Macallan Estate Reserve is a Speyside single malt Scotch whisky. It comes from The Macallan, one of the world’s most prestigious single malt distilleries, famed for its exceptional oak casks and its “Six Pillars” of production.

This release is bottled at 45.7%.

Nose: Rich sherried sweetness, dried fruits and inviting depth.
Palate: Dark chocolate, joined by ginger and cinnamon spice, building in intensity.
Finish: Elegant and lingering, closing on polished oak.

Pour it slowly, add a drop of water if you like, and give it time in the glass. Collector’s note: a bottling with clear collector appeal. A strong candidate for the cabinet as much as the glass.
