This 7 year old Mannochmore has all of the light floral notes you would expect but the sherry cask finish gives it an extra layer of stone fruits.
Nose: Rich toffee/fudge. Stone fruits. Musky-oak notes.
Palate: Sweet and malty at first. Dry oak and a hint of pepperiness.
Finish: Bittersweet oak with vanilla and white pepper.
