Midleton 2006 Very Rare 70cl

Midleton 2006 Very Rare is an Irish whiskey distilled in 2006.

This release is bottled at 40%.

Nose: Honeyed sweetness, ripe fruit and inviting depth.
Palate: Gentle spice, joined by layered depth, building in intensity.
Finish: Elegant and lingering, closing on vanilla oak.

Pour it slowly, add a drop of water if you like, and give it time in the glass. Collector’s note: a bottling with clear collector appeal. A strong candidate for the cabinet as much as the glass.
