Mount Gay 1703 Master Select Blend Rum is an aged rum. It comes from Mount Gay, the world’s oldest rum distillery, crafting Barbados rum since 1703.

Nose: Banana, toffee and inviting depth.
Palate: Vanilla, joined by baking spice, building in intensity.
Finish: Elegant and lingering, closing on bright cane sweetness.

Pour it slowly, add a drop of water if you like, and give it time in the glass. Collector’s note: a bottling with clear collector appeal. A strong candidate for the cabinet as much as the glass.
