It comes from Plantation, the award-winning house of Maison Ferrand, double-ageing Caribbean rums with a final rest in French cognac casks. Expect soft spice, vanilla and tropical fruit in generous balance. Superb with cola and fresh lime, in a Dark ‘n’ Stormy, or over ice. With a little air, toasted coconut comes forward beautifully.
