Talisker Distilers Edition 2007-2017 Amoroso Cask Finish is an island single malt Scotch whisky. It comes from Talisker, the oldest distillery on the Isle of Skye, shaped by its wild maritime location — “made by the sea”.

This release is bottled at 45.8%.

Nose: Black pepper, a warming chilli catch and inviting depth.
Palate: Maritime smoke, joined by sweet malt, building in intensity.
Finish: Elegant and lingering, closing on sea salt.

Best enjoyed neat, with just a drop of water to unlock the full aroma.
