The Glenlivet 18 Years Old is a 18 year old Speyside single malt Scotch whisky. It comes from The Glenlivet, the distillery that started it all — the first licensed in the parish of Glenlivet, setting the benchmark for the smooth, fruity Speyside style.

This release is bottled at 43%.

Nose: Honey, clean oak and inviting depth.
Palate: Soft vanilla, joined by ripe orchard fruit, building in intensity.
Finish: Long and layered, closing on gentle almond.

Best enjoyed neat, with just a drop of water to unlock the full aroma. Collector’s note: a bottling with clear collector appeal. A strong candidate for the cabinet as much as the glass.
