Existing Whitley Neill Rhubarb & Ginger Gin enters the still and is extracted in 3 streams: Water, Existing flavours and aromas within Whitley Neill.
At the end of this process, the water and flavours/aromas are blended, which recreates the ‘gin’ with zero alcohol.
