Zacapa Centenario 23 Years Old Rum Gift Set is an aged rum. It comes from Zacapa, the Guatemalan masterpiece aged in the “House Above the Clouds” at 2,300 metres via solera.

This release is bottled at 40%.

Nose: Dried fruit, dark chocolate and inviting depth.
Palate: Spiced oak, joined by velvety richness, building in intensity.
Finish: Long and layered, closing on vanilla.

Best enjoyed neat, with just a drop of water to unlock the full aroma. Collector’s note: stock of this age is only growing scarcer. A strong candidate for the cabinet as much as the glass.
