Akashi Blue Label is a Japanese whisky. The distillery, founded in 1919, is White Oak distillery’s malt from the coastal town of Akashi. The palate delivers soft malt, layered with delicate fruit and a finish of gentle spice. A dram to sip slowly, neat or with just a splash of water. Hints of honey add further depth as it opens in the glass. Serve it in a proper nosing glass to catch every aroma. One to open on occasions that deserve something better than the everyday.
