Appletton Estate 21 Years Old Rum is an aged rum. It comes from Appletton Estate, Jamaica’s historic estate in the Nassau Valley, pot-still rums crafted since 1749 under master blender Joy Spence.

This release is bottled at 43%.

Nose: Warm oak, orange peel and inviting depth.
Palate: Nutmeg, joined by ripe banana, building in intensity.
Finish: Long and layered, closing on signature Jamaican funk.

Best enjoyed neat, with just a drop of water to unlock the full aroma. Collector’s note: stock of this age is only growing scarcer. A strong candidate for the cabinet as much as the glass.
