Balvenie 12 Years Old Triple Cask is a Speyside single malt Scotch whisky. It comes from The Balvenie, a byword for craftsmanship, maintaining its own floor maltings, coppersmiths and coopers to this day.
This release is bottled at 40%.
Nose: Soft brown sugar, malty depth and inviting depth.
Palate: Gentle spice, joined by vanilla oak, building in intensity.
Finish: Elegant and lingering, closing on honey.
Pour it slowly, add a drop of water if you like, and give it time in the glass.
