Bushmills Honey is an Irish whiskey. It comes from Bushmills, the world’s oldest licensed whiskey distillery, triple-distilling smooth Irish malt on the Antrim coast since 1608. The palate delivers vanilla, layered with milk chocolate and a finish of toasted wood. Best savoured neat, though a single cube of ice softens it nicely. The generous 100cl bottle offers excellent value. With time and a drop of water, honey comes to the fore. Serve it in a proper nosing glass to catch every aroma.
