It comes from Bushmills, the world’s oldest licensed whiskey distillery, triple-distilling smooth Irish malt on the Antrim coast since 1608. Expect gentle spice, vanilla and ripe orchard fruit on a well-balanced palate. Best savoured neat, though a single cube of ice softens it nicely.
