Bushmills Malt 21 Years Old is a 21 year old Irish whiskey. It comes from Bushmills, the world’s oldest licensed whiskey distillery, triple-distilling smooth Irish malt on the Antrim coast since 1608.

This release is bottled at 40%.

Nose: Honey, ripe orchard fruit and inviting depth.
Palate: Gentle spice, joined by milk chocolate, building in intensity.
Finish: Long and layered, closing on vanilla.

Best enjoyed neat, with just a drop of water to unlock the full aroma. Collector’s note: whiskies of this age are only growing scarcer. A strong candidate for the cabinet as much as the glass.
