Chivas Royal Salute 21 Years Old The Polo Miami Edition is a blended Scotch whisky. It comes from Chivas Regal, the original luxury blended Scotch, built on smooth Speyside malts including Strathisla.

This release is bottled at 40%.

Nose: Hazelnut, honey and inviting depth.
Palate: Ripe orchard fruit, joined by gentle herbs, building in intensity.
Finish: Long and layered, closing on vanilla.

Best enjoyed neat, with just a drop of water to unlock the full aroma. Collector’s note: whiskies of this age are only growing scarcer. A strong candidate for the cabinet as much as the glass.
