Chivas Royal Salute 21 Years Old The Ruby Flagon is a blended Scotch whisky. It comes from Chivas Regal, the original luxury blended Scotch, built on smooth Speyside malts including Strathisla.

This release is bottled at 40%.

Nose: Vanilla, ripe orchard fruit and inviting depth.
Palate: Gentle herbs, joined by honey, building in intensity.
Finish: Long and layered, closing on hazelnut.

Pour it slowly, add a drop of water if you like, and give it time in the glass. Collector’s note: whiskies of this age are only growing scarcer. A strong candidate for the cabinet as much as the glass.
