Claxtons Exploration Series Lowland 12 Years Old is a 12 year old Lowland single malt Scotch whisky. It comes from Claxtons, the Yorkshire-based independent bottler releasing single casks at natural strength.

This release was bottled at 50%, non-chill filtered, at natural colour.

Nose: Orchard fruit, cask-strength intensity and inviting depth.
Palate: Oak spice, joined by long finish, building in intensity.
Finish: Elegant and lingering, closing on honey.

Pour it slowly, add a drop of water if you like, and give it time in the glass.
