Flor de Cana 20 Years Old Rum 130th Anniversary is an aged rum. It comes from Flor de Cana, the five-generation family estate slow-ageing its rums at the foot of the San Cristobal volcano, certified carbon-neutral and fair trade.

This release is bottled at 45%.

Nose: Caramel, oak and inviting depth.
Palate: Vanilla, joined by toasted nuts, building in intensity.
Finish: Long and layered, closing on dried fruit.

Best enjoyed neat, with just a drop of water to unlock the full aroma. Collector’s note: a bottling with clear collector appeal. A strong candidate for the cabinet as much as the glass.
