Flor de Cana 25 Years Old Rum 70cl

Flor de Cana 25 Years Old Rum is an aged rum. It comes from Flor de Cana, the five-generation family estate slow-ageing its rums at the foot of the San Cristobal volcano, certified carbon-neutral and fair trade.

This release is bottled at 40%.

Nose: Vanilla, caramel and inviting depth.
Palate: Dried fruit, joined by elegant dryness, building in intensity.
Finish: Long and layered, closing on toasted nuts.

Best enjoyed neat, with just a drop of water to unlock the full aroma. Collector’s note: stock of this age is only growing scarcer. A strong candidate for the cabinet as much as the glass.
