Glenfiddich 1991 Vintage Reserve Don Ramsay is a Speyside single malt Scotch whisky distilled in 1991. It comes from Glenfiddich, the world’s most awarded single malt, still family-owned by William Grant & Sons and famous for its stag emblem.

This release is bottled at 40%.

Nose: Soft vanilla, gentle spice and inviting depth.
Palate: Honeyed sweetness, joined by fresh pear and apple, building in intensity.
Finish: Elegant and lingering, closing on subtle oak.

Best enjoyed neat, with just a drop of water to unlock the full aroma. Collector’s note: a bottling with clear collector appeal. A strong candidate for the cabinet as much as the glass.
