Glenmorangie Original 12 Years Old is a 12 year old Highland single malt Scotch whisky. It comes from Glenmorangie, celebrated for the tallest stills in Scotland, which create an exceptionally smooth and elegant spirit, and for its pioneering cask finishes. Expect delicate florals, almond and vanilla cream on a well-balanced palate. Best savoured neat, though a single cube of ice softens it nicely. The generous 100cl bottle offers excellent value. With roots going back to 1843, it carries real heritage in every bottle. With time and a drop of water, citrus and peach comes to the fore. Try it alongside blue cheese, dried figs or a square of dark chocolate.
