Glenmorangie The Altus 25 Years Old is a 25 year old Highland single malt Scotch whisky. It comes from Glenmorangie, celebrated for the tallest stills in Scotland, which create an exceptionally smooth and elegant spirit, and for its pioneering cask finishes.

This release is bottled at 43%.

Nose: Citrus and peach, honey and inviting depth.
Palate: Soft oak spice, joined by vanilla cream, building in intensity.
Finish: Long and layered, closing on almond.

Best enjoyed neat, with just a drop of water to unlock the full aroma. Collector’s note: whiskies of this age are only growing scarcer. A strong candidate for the cabinet as much as the glass.
