Palate: Layered depth, joined by honeyed sweetness, building in intensity.
Finish: Long and layered, closing on vanilla oak.

Serve lightly chilled alongside cheese or dark chocolate. Collector’s note: stock of this age is only growing scarcer. A strong candidate for the cabinet as much as the glass.
