Hibiki Japanese Harmony 70cl

Hibiki Japanese Harmony is a Japanese whisky. It comes from Hibiki, Suntory’s masterpiece of the blender’s art, harmonising malt and grain whiskies from Yamazaki, Hakushu and Chita.

This release is bottled at 43%.

Nose: Orange peel, white chocolate and inviting depth.
Palate: Honey, joined by a whisper of smoke, building in intensity.
Finish: Elegant and lingering, closing on rose.

Pour it slowly, add a drop of water if you like, and give it time in the glass.
