Hibiki Japanese Harmony Masters Select is a Japanese whisky. It comes from Hibiki, Suntory’s masterpiece of the blender’s art, harmonising malt and grain whiskies from Yamazaki, Hakushu and Chita.

This release is bottled at 43%.

Nose: Honey, delicate oak and inviting depth.
Palate: Orange peel, joined by rose, building in intensity.
Finish: Elegant and lingering, closing on a whisper of smoke.

Pour it slowly, add a drop of water if you like, and give it time in the glass.
