Highland Park Dragon Legend is an island single malt Scotch whisky. The distillery, founded in 1798, is Orkney’s legendary distillery, balancing aromatic heather-peat smoke with sherried sweetness in perfect harmony. Expect toasted oak, heather honey and winter spice on a generous palate. A dram to sip slowly, neat or with just a splash of water. Hints of aromatic peat smoke add further depth as it opens in the glass. Try it alongside blue cheese, dried figs or a square of dark chocolate.
