Highland Park Einar is an island single malt Scotch whisky. It comes from Highland Park, Orkney’s legendary distillery, balancing aromatic heather-peat smoke with sherried sweetness in perfect harmony.

This release is bottled at 40%.

Nose: Aromatic peat smoke, toasted oak and inviting depth.
Palate: Heather honey, joined by citrus peel, building in intensity.
Finish: Elegant and lingering, closing on dried fruit.

Pour it slowly, add a drop of water if you like, and give it time in the glass.
