Isle Of Jura 18 Years Old Bordeaux Cask is an island single malt Scotch whisky. It comes from Isle Of Jura, the only distillery on the remote Isle of Jura, an island of one road, one pub and around two hundred people. This expression is finished in fine wine casks, adding vinous fruit and elegance. The palate delivers light brine, layered with walnut and a finish of soft honey. Best savoured neat, though a single cube of ice softens it nicely. With roots going back to 1810, it carries real heritage in every bottle. With time and a drop of water, dried fruit comes to the fore.
