Isle Of Jura 19 Years Old The Paps is an island single malt Scotch whisky. It comes from Isle Of Jura, the only distillery on the remote Isle of Jura, an island of one road, one pub and around two hundred people.

This release is bottled at 45.6%.

Nose: Dried fruit, soft honey and inviting depth.
Palate: Walnut, joined by coffee, building in intensity.
Finish: Long and layered, closing on light brine.

Best enjoyed neat, with just a drop of water to unlock the full aroma.
