Isle Of Jura Bourbon Cask Finish is an island single malt Scotch whisky. It comes from Isle Of Jura, the only distillery on the remote Isle of Jura, an island of one road, one pub and around two hundred people. This expression is matured in American oak for creamy vanilla sweetness. Expect walnut, light brine and dried fruit on an elegant palate. Best savoured neat, though a single cube of ice softens it nicely. With roots going back to 1810, it carries real heritage in every bottle. With time and a drop of water, soft honey comes to the fore.
